How Do I Cancel An Order ?
Our Orders processed real-time thus, cancelling is difficult. If you need to cancel, please call Customer Service as soon as possible after ordering by emailing email@example.com (preferred) or via phone at 1 (802) 528-1168.If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the Returns process to return the product for a refund or store credit.
Out of stock/back orders: Any orders or parts of orders that are out of stock will be cancelled. You will be notified via email if your order, or any part of your order, has been cancelled.
What Is Your Payment and Refund Process?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards for payment. All prices are displayed in US Dollars. We also accept PayPal which are billed at the time the order is placed. Any applicable refunds or credits will be applied back to the credit card or PayPal, account used for the original purchase.
Coupon and other Promotional codes are limited to one per order. Discounts cannot be combined.
