Shipping, Returns, & Payments


Upon order placement , items are generally delivered via within 5-7 business days. We offer our customers $5.99 flat rate shipping from our store on all orders.

Returns & Exchanges


We accept returns for items purchased on  our website are received within 10 days from the delivery date for a refund or store credit. Returns received after 10 days from the delivery date will not be accepted. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.


We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you would like to replace an item, you must return your item & place a new order to obtain a different style or size.

Once a return arrives at our store, it will take us 10 to 14 business days to receive, inspect, and process. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. All jewelry and sale items are final. No returns are allowed on Final Sale/Clearance/Outlet items.

All returns MUST meet the following criteria:
All tags must be attached
Original packaging must be included
No scents/odors
No rips/tears
No other signs of being worn
COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will not be accepted


We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards for payment. All prices are displayed in US Dollars.  We also accept PayPal  which are billed at the time the order is placed.

We aim to get your product(s) to you as quickly as possible. Once an item has shipped, you will be notified by email via customer provided email address.
